Ordering:

Minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per model.

For special development: minimum quantity to be advised specifically.

Upon receiving your order we will confirm it by sending you a Proforma Invoice PI.

Your order will be processed (from stock or to production) only after having received your confirmation of our PI.

Prices:

Prices are per piece / pair.

All prices are on the basis of F.O.B. DONGGUAN, China.

Delivery:

Products that are available from stock will be shipped within one week.

Products not available from stock will be processed for production. Usually it takes about 35 days.

Shipping & Insurance:

All our regular shipments are done by door-to-door express services: DHL, FedEx, UPS.

For your convenience, we will prepay freight and insurance for you after will be charged in your invoice.

We also send the parcels by your appointed forwarder.

Buyer is responsible for VAT and Import taxes at destination port.

Payment:

30% of order value as deposit should be paid by T/T upon your confirmation of PI.

You are informed of total goods value plus shipping costs when goods are packaged and ready to be shipped.

Balance should be paid by T/T before shipment.

Return policy:

Customers are not satisfied with the ordered products may return in their original conditions ( plastic bag and reference ) within 15 days from delivery date as shown in the AIRWAY BILL.

Items has been used from your customers, we will not accept the return.

Customer will take the responsibility for shipping.
